NoLitigation was founded by a second-time entrepreneur with over 29 years of experience across CEO, CMO, CPO and CTO roles in the UK, Singapore and India. His background spans internet and digital products, AI, machine learning, and big data — across B2B, B2C and B2B2C markets at scale.

His previous company, a martech and AI platform, was co-founded and built over more than a decade before being acquired by a global multinational in 2024. The platform served enterprise clients across multiple markets and was recognised as a leader in its category.
